9.1. Humble Media Group, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled under the laws of the jurisdiction where Humble Media Group is based.
